Participants will engage in a fun, collaborative experience where they are grouped to create a meal using the same set of ingredients. The goal is to think quickly, craft the most creative, delicious dish, and outshine the other teams. The dishes will be judged by me, and the winning team will enjoy a prize, along with tasting their creations. Afterward, we’ll dive into a professional development discussion where you can choose a focus on Workplace Boundaries, Nutrition Health & Tips for On the Go, or Trust in the Workplace, tying the experience back to your personal and team growth.
